Briefings for each slot must be attended by the balloon Pilot or PUT prior to flying.

Launch site will be from the traditional meet field, and trailers can be stored at the top of this field – earliest access will be 12 noon on Fri 25th August

The following system is in place for NWBAC meets.

A 'thank you' bottle for farmers, labelled with your details. A label design has been formulated and can be found on the Documents page in the Members' Area of the website - please print and bring some with you.

NB: Landing details will still be required for Admin and H&S reasons to be communicated using WhatsApp and text messaging after each landing

Accommodation: Camping this year is on the overflow field of the main camp site and has to be booked and paid for direct to Black Beck Farm (details above).

Please enter your camping details on this entry form but book and pay directly to Black Beck Campsite. Don't pay camping to the Club and Treasurer Derek will refund to you the difference between the Club camping fee (£12.00) and the Black Beck Farm Camping fees, based on your entry form.

Black Beck Farm camping fees:-
Up to a 2 man Tent: £15.00 per night
3 man Tent and above / Motor Home / Caravan: £20.00 per night

There will be portaloos nearby as well as main campsite toilet and shower facilities plus water supplies, also nearby.

The site also offers static caravans and glamping – please see their website for further details, and there’s also Bouth Caravan Park plus other rental accommodation nearby – search Bouth

A reminder that dogs are welcome to the meet but must be kept on a lead at all times on the camping/rally field and the main campsite and surrounding area – this is a working farm and there are no exceptions. Please also clear up after your dog as required.
